Welcome to Alea
I’d like to introduce myself – Anne. My background is international, and traveling has been a part of my life since I was a child. For the past 20 years, I’ve lived between France and Sweden, making countless trips between the two countries. At first, I traveled alone, but now I travel everywhere with my companions – my two daughters.
Alea (named after them) and Protect Your Bag were born out of my frustration with my bag getting dirty from being placed on airplane floors. What started as a light-hearted discussion over dinner with friends has turned into a real product, ready for use – and it took about two years to get here. Today, I use P.Y.B every time I travel and love arriving with a clean bag.
While working on Protect Your Bag, I met so many creative women that I decided to dedicate part of the website to them and create a space for us.
Alea is the beginning of a long-term project, one that is just starting now. A project where many more resourceful women, with beautiful collaborations, will meet.
